Description
West of Potsdam's old town, near Sanssouci Park in the Eiche district, you will find the holiday apartment in Haus Stefanie on a 500 sqm garden property. The terrace is located separately in the garden area. The 86 sqm apartment offers a separate kitchen with a large dining table, a living room, a master bedroom with TV, and another bedroom with a space-saving staircase (not suitable for children under 6 years or elderly persons). The apartment is modernly equipped with two satellite TVs, Wi-Fi, and a parking space directly at the house. Leisure activities such as table tennis, billiards, and table football invite you to relax. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Rental is exclusively for tourist purposes.

How to get there
By car: A10 to AS Leest, continue direction Grube, Golm after Eiche, Kaiser-Friedrich-Straße, turn left Ehrenpfortenstraße, turn right Eichenhain, and left Siedlungsweg, then right until the end of the private path. Public transport: From Potsdam train station. Bus 606 tothe Ehrenpfortenbergstraße stop, then continue by walk turn left Ehrenpfortenstraße, then proceed as described above.

Contrary to point 5.1. of the guest accommodation and mediation conditions, the following is binding: If a special arrangement has been made, the entire accommodation price including charges for ancillary costs and additional services must be paid to the landlord within the first two days of arrival. The holiday apartments are only available to holiday guests, accommodation of construction workers is not desired! Smoking and the bringing of pets is not permitted with consideration for subsequent guests - in particular guests with allergies.
