The apartment is located on the ground floor and is 70 m² (750 sq ft) in size. It can accommodate up to four people. You will enjoy the airy and spacious feel under three-meter-high (10 ft) ceilings and delight in the abundant light streaming through the large windows. It is a fully-equipped apartment, which would also be suitable for a long-term stay. The bedroom is adjacent to the lounge and also faces the street so that it enjoys the morning sun. The double bed (size 1.60 m × 2 m / 5′ 3″ × 6′ 11″) with a pleasantly-firm mattress is fitted with two separate slatted frames and is placed against the wall. The convertible sofa in the lounge can sleep two if required, with a bed area of 1.40 m × 2 m (4′ 11″ × 6′ 11″). You will also find a fully-fitted kitchen with cooker, oven and dishwasher. Frying pans, saucepans and an abundance of crockery are also at your disposal. You can buy fresh produce at the local farmers' market, which is on every day, and easily cater for yourself. Thanks to the washing machine (top-loader in the bathroom) and iron, you are also equipped for a longer stay. The bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, toilet and a spacious walk-in shower with glass dividing wall and separate overhead and hand-held showers. A travel cot and a high chair for infants are available on request free of charge. Smoking and pets are not permitted anywhere in the building. The yard does not belong to the holiday apartment. Cancellation free of charge until 7 days before arrival: Due to the current situation, the generally applicable cancellation terms for this offer are replaced for you by a more generous arrangement. Instead of 30 days before arrival, you have a free cancellation right until 7 days before arrival. After that, the contractually agreed regulations apply according to the guest accommodation and mediation conditions.
